Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders placed at hotsaleclub.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse in Düsseldorf, Germany. Orders received after 3:00 PM CET will be processed the next business day.

• Germany: €3.99 (Free for orders over €50)
• EU Zone: €6.99 (Free for orders over €80)
• Worldwide: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  Note: All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Customs & Import Duties

• Non-EU shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to the local carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) upon delivery.
• We cannot estimate or refund these charges.

5. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to your registered address (mallstrade@hotsaleclub.com) upon shipment.
• Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address and contact phone number are required.
• High-value items (€200+) ship with insured priority service.
• Restricted items: Perfumes containing alcohol may have destination limitations.

7. Delivery Issues

• Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier strikes are beyond our control.
• If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days for investigation.
• Undeliverable packages will be refunded minus return shipping costs.
