Exchange & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

• You may return or exchange items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Perfumes & Skincare if seals are broken.
• Customized jewelry (e.g., engraved necklaces).
• Earrings (unless factory sealed).

3. Return Process
Step 1: Email mallstrade@hotsaleclub.com with:
　- Order number
　- Product name(s)
　- Reason for return
Step 2: We will email a prepaid return label (Germany/EU) or customs-compliant instructions (Worldwide).
Step 3: Ship items to:
